In the last few months, we have seen turbulent times for Toronto’s real estate market. In the news, there have been consistent reports of a complete market melt down. It appears though, after a brief slump that the Toronto real estate market is bouncing back.
When you look into real estate market news, a lot of the folks reporting write news for consumers AS consumers. They aren’t actually on the selling or investing end of the situation often enough to decide what is happening. In some cases, they want to believe that there is a market bubble that had to pop, and this is a very SLOW Toronto real estate market crash.
It’s hard to separate personal bias, and even real estate agents must acknowledge that their personal interest in a recovery is bias. We know this- BUT we can look to numbers and our own experience to brace for market conditions.
